no one is indispensible...

hmm.. i always wonder if im a bad leader or is it that the team i got was lousy..
the cc comp prelims for the girls was today..the girls were able to finish pitching the tent in 10 minutes! thinking back of the boys last week, the boys really pale in comparison..

perhaps, i haven't really been able to train them well.. hmm.. =(
kinda neglected the tent.. just found out today that they were not able to finish the tent..the flag was not up properly..sigh.. guess i failed terribly as a leader..

i kinda envy those leaders who are able to "ra-ra" the whole team together..
maybe im too lenient with certain important things.. and too stubborn about less important things..

anyway, sometimes, i just felt that im being a little "extra" in npcc.. omg.. 5 teacher officers in a small unit.. perhaps, with or without me in npcc, its not going to make much of a difference.. i thought i can make a great deal of difference in npcc.. but i realise im not.. and even if i did contribute, its not appreciated by the cadets and others..

i feel like leaving.. but which other CCA can I go?
